GOALIE MENTORS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Goalie Mentors website, mobile application, courses, communities, coaching resources, forms, and related services (the “Services”). Goalie Mentors is operated by Lerg Inc. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. If a participant is under the age of majority where they live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize and supervise use of the Services where required. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. COACHING AND EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION

The Services provide coaching, mentoring, educational, motivational, and community content. They do not replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. Results vary by participant, and no specific athletic, academic, or personal outcome is guaranteed.

3. ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION AND SAFETY

Athletic activity involves risk. Use appropriate equipment, follow facility and team rules, work within your abilities, and consult qualified professionals when appropriate. Stop any activity that feels unsafe. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

4. COMMUNITY STANDARDS

You agree to communicate respectfully and not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or harm others; post unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, or infringing content; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt the Services; or use the Services in a way that violates law or the rights of others. We may moderate community areas and act to protect users and the integrity of the Services.

5. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Lerg Inc. a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and protect the Services. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and their original content, branding, curriculum, graphics, videos, text, features, and technology are owned by or licensed to Lerg Inc. and are protected by applicable law. Except for personal, noncommercial use of the Services, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in that policy.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services may contain links to, integrations with, or features provided by third parties. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Lerg Inc. is not responsible for third-party services except as required by law.

9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the user experience. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, protect users or the Services, comply with law, or respond to misuse. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. DISCLAIMERS

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Lerg Inc. disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lerg Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after an update means the revised Terms apply to future use.
