Goalie Mentors is operated by Lerg Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Goalie Mentors website, mobile application, courses, communities, coaching resources, forms, and related services (the “Services”).

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, account information, athlete or participant details, form responses, course progress, community posts, messages, support requests, and other information you choose to submit.

We may also receive technical and usage information such as device type, browser type, IP address, operating system, app activity, page views, approximate location derived from IP address, and diagnostic information. We may receive information from service providers that help us operate the Services.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to provide and improve the Services; create and administer accounts; deliver courses, coaching, mentorship, community features, events, and support; personalize the user experience; communicate service updates and requested information; maintain security; prevent misuse; comply with law; and protect users, Lerg Inc., and others.

3. COMMUNITY AND USER CONTENT

Information you post in a community or other shared area may be visible to authorized members of that area. Choose carefully what you share. We may moderate or remove content to support safety, integrity, and community standards.
